I need a Google Sync app to make my recently acquired Outlook 2016 access my university e-mail (which runs through Google Mail). The sync tool is better than IMAP, but I wish you would just bring back the ability to use 'Exchange' during the setup process using Exchange ActiveSync. You can sync your Gmail account with Outlook for Mac but you first need to add the account to Outlook. See Add an email account to Outlook for instructions. This feature is available for users on O365 Subscription. On build number 0902 and higher you can sync.

Hi,
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
I would like to know what type of account you have configured in Outlook. (POP3, IMAP)
Do you get any error messages?
Let us try to uninstall google app sync and reinstall and check f it helps.
If issue persist let us repair Office from the Control panel and check.
To do that, Press win +R on the keyboard (simultaneously) Run window appears. In Run let us type appwiz.cpl and click Ok. From the list of programs right click on Office 2016 and choose “Quick Repair”
You may refer to the following article and check if it helps.
If issue still persist, the let us create a new Outlook profile and check if it works.

Choose View from the top menu bar, choose Thumbnails from the drop-down menu to show page thumbnails in the left sidebar. Combine pdf in mac. You can use it to insert one PDF into another on Mac without any third-party PDF editor. Open one PDF file in Preview. Combine two or more PDF files using Preview on Mac Preview is the default PDF reader and editor.
I hope the above suggestion helps. If you need further assistance, get back to us and we will be glad to assist you.
Thank you.
I'm having the same issue - and it worked fine with Outlook 2013 but no more.
This is a work supplied Google Account so normal GMAIL setup does not apply.
In the past, you download the Google Tool - Connect to Google Apps via your browser - run the tool - it asked for your credentials and all is good.
Itool For Mac
I cant even get it to connect to Outlook now and ask for Credentials
This is a 32 Bit version of Outlook, Google Sync etc on a 64 Bit OS but that is the only issue so far that I see as potentially an issue
